- Straps on sunglasses are not authorized.
- 1 ring on each hand unless married, then 2 rings on left ring finger.
- 1 bracelet or watch on each wrist.
- Black stockings are required for females.
- Black Pumps are optional for the female uniform. – Skirts hemmed with 1 1/2” below or above the crease in back of the knee.
- 6 inch pleat in back of skirt.
- Purse – Plain black leather or synthetic.
- Relaxed Fit Jackets must be zipped ¾ way up.
- Ball caps with working uniform.
- Chief or Above needs insignia on garrison cover.

What ribbons can be placed inverted on the JROTC uniform and how do you know which way to orient it is correct?

The darker side (Blue side) should be placed inboard on your uniform. If it is oriented the other way, your uniform is considered “out of regs”.
